This is the scenario set for Battlefield 2042, the new video game by Electronic Arts due to be released by October 22, 2021 . Number of players support
The game offers support for 128 players and massive scale maps for the Xbox Series X|S, PC, and PlayStation®5, however that is not the same for Xbox One and PlayStation®4 in which case the support is up to 64 players.

Each map has multiple distinct combat areas housed in a single playspace, which adds more variety and more significant vehicle gameplay

Fight around the site of an inminent rocket launch, be allert for both enemy fire as wel as upcoming storms.
HOURGLASS
Battle and try to control a convoy trapped in the shifting sands of a city in the middle of desertification, with massive dust and sand storms.

Fight among the hulls of colosal stranded ships along the cost of Alang, India while you adapt to deadly storms.

Fight in this strategic freezing hot spot in Queen maud Land, Antartica, full of destructible fuel tanks and silos that create debris fields and permanent fires when destroyed.
RENEWAL
Strive to get access through a giant wall in the Eastern Desert, Egypt, built to secure rich agricultural land. With extreme conditions, deploy, and secure the access points and massive gates in the wall.
